What is the job about?

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to support China IEM management team to drive execution of strategic and annual core business plan and enable sales transformation, business analysis and intelligence initiatives through close collaboration with BU sales leader and strategy deployment manager and other E2E stakeholders.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support IEM Sales Director to prepare and execute the annual business plan including, Goal setting & cascading, sales transformation tracking, follow up, etc. based on Group and Division Strategy and annual business objectives and management direction.
  • Be responsible for regional sales transformation business performance tracking via sales tools e.g. dashboards in region and China IEM, conduct business analysis to support new sales leads generation, improvement opportunity, deep dive of performance by channel, products, etc. Ensure data integrity of all dashboards to be aligned with Group reporting tools.
  • Support and conduct sales review meetings in China IEM by strong pipeline management and sales excellence using sales tools to track sales performance, sales transformation execution and demand plan to grow the sustainable business.
  • Provide management support to China IEM sales director, including but not limited to: business meeting planning and organizing, slides preparation, meeting minutes and follow up/tracking. eg. monthly BU Business review meeting , Demand Planning meeting, etc. Play an active role in initiating necessary recurring or separate meetings with proper participants and high efficiency.
  • Co-work with internal sales, Operation, Aftermarket, etc to ensure and improve cross function collaboration, for instance, evaluate sales efficiency, Lead time, service offering, so as to ensure continuous improvement with internal collaboration efficiency and outcome, as well as customer experience in local market.
  • Be the change agent and drive new verticals, customer channels and innovative initiatives in the assigned areas to reach the region’s middle to long-term target and strategy. Ambassador of Commercial Excellence awareness and competency building in the assigned area, provide area needs or feedback to regional SD or management for continuous improvement.
  • Support Annual wheel preparation for region and F2F kick off meeting co-member and Strategy deployment meetings in the team online and F2F
  • Business analysis and business case study for special projects and tasks
  • Sales tools development e.g. excel pivot table / power Bi report mgmt.
  • Support to develop other team members competence on data and business acumen
  • Other responsibilities assigned by direct manager

 

Your background:
We imagine that you have: 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Market / business intelligence skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, power point and SAP reporting tools
  • Power BI or other data analysis tools
  • Experience within sales excellence is a plus
  • Experience with similar industrial background is preferred
  • Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels
  • Good communication skills (in writing and vocally)
