As our new Intern, you will be supporting the coordination of employee benefit activities, internal events, and digital platform operations that enhance the everyday experience for Grundfos employees. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Benefit Committee & Employee Experience team, you'll create impact by Contributing to a vibrant workplace culture by helping plan meaningful employee events and ensuring smooth operation of the digital tools that connect our teams..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing Grundfos Benefit Committee activities and related projects
- Support planning of internal employee events, including resource coordination, vendor management, cross-departmental communication, and report preparation
- Handle routine tickets for business digital platforms and support platform operation and maintenance
- Support Academy offline training event coordination, course administration, and reporting
- Collect data and draft content aligned with key performance indicators such as EHS and satisfaction scores
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a proactive and detail-oriented student with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. We would also imagine that you have:
- Currently enrolled university student available to work on-site at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Word with advanced skills in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience in event planning, project coordination, or administrative support
- Familiarity with digital platform administration or ticketing systems
- Interest in employee engagement, HR, or organizational culture
