员工活动及培训支持实习生

 

工作内容

1. 协助组织协调格兰富福利委员会各类活动(占比 40%):协助策划公司内部员工活动,全程负责资源协调、数据收集、跨部门沟通、供应商管理、活动内容撰写及活动报告编制等工作。

2. 为福利委员会相关项目提供全面行政支持(占比 35%):协助完成项目报表、工作总结等文书的撰写与报送,做好项目费用初步统计、票据整理等基础工作;配合完成项目物料采购、场地协调、物资管理等后勤保障工作。

3. 协助业务数字化平台的运营与维护(占比 15%):负责处理数字化平台日常工单,同时为企业学院提供课程日常管理、相关报告编制等支持工作。

4. 协助协调企业学院线下培训活动开展(占比 10%)

 

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限

2. 每周至少到岗办公 3 天,实习周期不少于 3 个月

3. 具备优秀的人际沟通与跨部门协作能力,善于对接协调各类事务

4. 工作认真细致、责任心强,有良好的执行力和条理性

5. 熟练使用 Microsoft PowerPoint、Word 、Excel办公软件
