As our new E-Commerce Intern, you will be supporting e-commerce sales operations across our flagship store and dealer/partner online stores, helping optimize performance and grow digital revenue. What you will be doing
As a key part of the E-Commerce & Digital Sales team, you'll create impact by Driving online sales growth and visibility for Grundfos products across China's leading e-commerce platforms, directly contributing to our digital transformation journey.


Your main responsibilities include:
•    Support day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals across flagship and partner stores
•    Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize product exposure, pricing, marketing investment, and promotional activities
•    Collaborate with TP companies and dealers/tier-2 partners to analyze performance and develop plans for improving sell-through and visibility
•    Manage product inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for online flagship stores
•    Handle customer complaint coordination to maintain high store ratings and customer satisfaction
•    Generate regular performance reports highlighting key metrics and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

 

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a proactive self-starter with a solid understanding of China's e-commerce ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in digital commerce operations.

 

We would also imagine that you have:
•    Available at least 3 working days per week for a minimum of 3 months (longer availability preferred)
•    Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above from a 双一流 (Double First-Class) university
•    Understanding of how China e-commerce works, including online sales, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing fundamentals

 

It is a plus if you also:
•    Previous internship or working experience with e-commerce platforms or TP (trade partner) companies
•    Familiarity with e-commerce finance basics such as margin analysis and marketing ROI
•    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, platform analytics dashboards)
