What is the job about?
This role is critical role of digital product define & design. He or she will be the laison between product owner and product development team. Be able to transfer the digital product market requirements, digital product roadmap to product development requirements and development deliveries. He or she should have strong business sense on understand business application of digital products, like asset monitoring and diagnostics, energy optimization, water system solutions. Support and promote company’s strategy on digital transformation
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive China digital product (software) design & development strategy and digital product lifecycle management, define & maintain smart water digital product roadmap.
- Interact with clients, and work with BD & SD to define MRD (Market Requirements Document), including business case analysis, market position, product value proposition, and support on go-to-market and commercialization strategy.
- Lead smart water digital product design including, PRD (Product Requirements Document), product architecture design, functional design, user stories, and acceptance criteria with detail and clarity sufficient for new digital product (software) development and testing.
- Working together with UI/UX engineer on wireframe and digital product UI mockup design.
- Work with development teams to communicate the product vision, clarify use cases, requirements and resolve issues arising during development.
- Review and approve the requirements, systems design and other business analysis documentation produced by the developer to ensure that the digital product meets business requirements.
- Manage the life cycle of the digital product portfolio together with digital solution manager.
- Support on pre/post sales activities related to product functionality in China.
- Closely tracking the latest technologies and development trends in the digital system, such as EAM, PHM, iEMS, FMCS
Your background:

Education Background:
Master's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Energy and Power Engineering, Automation & Control Technology, Data Engineering.
Skills and Working Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in digital system design & development on predictive maintenance, remote control or related digital platform.
- Stronge knowledge of condition monitoring with skills of Sensor technology understanding Anomaly detection algorithm and knowledge base of asset failure mode.
- Knowledge of Asset maintenance and Root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience on AI & ML algorithm application is a plus
