Chief FBP, IND CHINA / APAC
Job Description

What is the job about?

The FBP for IND CHINA / APAC will be accountable for all Finance matters related to IND CHINA / APAC and will act as a one-point-of-contact between IND CHINA / APAC and the finance community. The FBP will co-own the entire strategy process in the performance unit and be responsible for setting ambitious financial targets, deploying them into the organization and delivering on the ambitions. The FBP will provide timely and accurate decision support for the business operations in the entire value chain.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Finance Business Partner for IND CHINA /APAC management team
  • Accountable for Finance in the IND CHINA / APAC
  • Execute the agreed strategy and be a key contributor in establishing and delivering on short and long term financial targets
  • Continue the implementation of a performance management mindset and alignment to rest of organization including IND FBP management team. Hereunder Regional EBIT, PU EBIT, Cash Conversion
  • Continue implementing a group profitability mindset in the IND CHINA / APAC business
  • Securing transparency and clarity on performance metrics and financial numbers end to end.
  • Take the IND CHINA/APAC Strategy, interpret and translate this to the business view and integrate with planning models.
  • Establishing plan for easy-to-work-with financial system, processes and concepts
  • Drives the annual target setting process in the performance unit.
  • Drives the planning process including annual target setting, budgets, forecasts, and coordinating business reviews (BRMs) prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively.
  • Establish clear Financial and performance KPIs and links to staff incentive schemes.
  • Collect information and controls investments from business case to evaluation
  • Developing business plans for new initiatives and strategic direction.
  • Establishing pricing processes in close alignment with IND CHINA/APAC Sales.
  • Be involved in providing key facts and arguments for negotiations with top customers.
  • Ensure that a high standard of ethical norms are embedded into all processes and tasks throughout IND CHINA / APAC and adherence to a Grundfos internal control standards.
     

Your Background:

  • Strong personality and high ethical norms.
  • Independent executer, high drive and great motivator
  • Master´s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in full value chain Financial Management.
  • Fluency in English
