Aftermarket Project Intern
Job Description

We are looking for an Aftermarket Projects Student Intern to join our team in Shanghai. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with regional and global stakeholders, supporting strategic aftermarket initiatives that help drive business growth and customer value.

 

What You Will Do

The intern will support the creation, structuring, and standardization of aftermarket playbooks that enable consistent and scalable execution across the team.

The intern will help capture best practices, define processes, document value propositions, and translate complex aftermarket initiatives into clear, practical playbooks that can be easily adopted by sales and service teams in China.

 

Key Responsibilities

1) Aftermarket Playbook Development (Core Focus)

  • Support the development of clear and structured aftermarket playbooks covering “what to sell, how to sell, and how to execute”
  • Document end‑to‑end workflows, roles & responsibilities, prerequisites, success criteria, and KPIs.
  • Convert fragmented inputs, presentations, and guidelines into standardized, easy‑to‑use playbook formats.
  • Ensure playbooks are practical, field‑oriented, and aligned to real sales execution needs.

2) Close Collaboration with Aftermarket Sales

3) Cross‑Functional & Regional Alignment

4) Content Structuring & Standardization

5) Continuous Improvement & Governance

 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing enrolled postgraduate students majoring in engineering (HVAC direction) with business and marketing sense/interest is a plus
  • Strong communication skills-ability to coordinate across teams and summarize clearly
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic charts); PowerPoint ability to produce clean, executive-ready slides
  • Comfortable working with data, structured reporting, and deadline-driven tasks
