Job Purpose
To support the Marketing team in the efficient planning and execution of various marketing activities, including industry seminars, distributor meetings, exhibitions, and internal events. This role focuses on end-to-end event coordination, material management, online & offline customer nurturing, and daily administrative support for the department.
Main Tasks
1. Event Coordination & Material Support
Material management: Follow up on the production and logistics of event materials (brochures, gifts, exhibition booth materials, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the venue.
On-site execution support: Assist in on-site event support, including guest registration, material distribution, on-site photography, and process coordination.
Vendor coordination: Liaise with external vendors and follow up on administrative processes such as contract signing and payment application.
2. Marketing Content Collaboration & Customer Nurturing (O2O)
Content collection & application: Collect on-site event materials and support the creation of WeChat official account reviews, WeChat Channel short videos, and other promotional content.
Offline-to-online lead nurturing: Clean and input lead information from events, and assist in subsequent lead nurturing using digital tools.
Communication channel support: Assist in producing pre-event posters, H5 invitations, and community engagement materials.
3. Daily Administration & Process Support
Document management: Organize and maintain event files (contracts, photos, closing reports) to ensure orderly filing of department documents.
Administrative support: Assist the manager with other cross-departmental communications and daily office administration.
