What is the job about?

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Senior HR Project Manager to lead and implement various People Initiatives within CBS ( Commercial Building Service) Division. As a member of the CBS Business HR Team, the role of the CBS HR PM is to effectively deliver co-deliver projects/initiatives related to CBS People Strategies implementation, CBS HR projects/initiatives, support Grundfos Business Systems in CBS HR and ensure good project delivery including timeline management and risk mitigation. This also includes assisting to prepare for the HR Annual wheel activities, and playing the role of agenda master for all meetings (virtual and face to face). The position holder needs to be able to oversee all aspects of a HR project from start to finish in a structured manner, with support from the CBS HR team, and keep everyone in line.

 

Your main responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement HR Projects and initiatives in alignment with the strategies in CBS Learn & Grow X-Matrix
  • Drive/assist cross functional project teams to ensure good project delivery, including timeline management and risk mitigation. Together with Project Owner, define the project scope, goals and key deliverables. Develop clear project roadmaps and timeline and communicate effectively across the project team with a clear outcome. Develop templates, presentations and packages for team members to use.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, implement and monitor project activities.
  • Follow up closely with Project Owners to identify, address project issues and obstacles, providing timely resolutions to keep projects on track. Communicate project progress, milestones and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership and team members.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports and post project evaluation. Identify HR-related pain points/improvement areas within the Division across the functions and assess project prioritisation derived from expected project outcome.
  • Own CBS Business HR meeting planning, cadence and agenda (virtual and face to face). Develop a solid structure to the meetings and facilitate the meetings
  • Driving development initiatives (org/people), talent initiatives (e.g., P-U-G Power Up Grundfos), and Business HR projects with a scope that needs involvement of different Point of Contacts/HR specialists (e.g., in talent, reward, data).
  • Support HRBPs/LP with larger projects (e.g., capability building, DE&I, well-being, leadership + talent dev.).
  • Support project planning of the annual cycle activities in Divisions/Group Functions

 

Your background:

      We imagine that you have:

                                                                                                  

  • Good English communication in written and spoken
  • Bachelor or master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling HR project
  • Excellent Microsoft PPT, Excel, and Analytics skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Project management and develop in project map
  • Structured and organized way in handling projects and meetings.
  • Have experience in developing face to face meeting agenda, organize the meeting and follow up on the open items.
  • Experience delivering key initiatives at scale.
  • Solid and relevant experience within planning and execution of projects
