Are you passionate about delivering technical excellence that strengthens customer relationships and drives smarter pump solutions for OEM partners? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.
What you will be doing
As our new IND CSSC Technical Solutions Engineer, OEM, you will be providing accurate, timely technical quotations and expert guidance on Grundfos products and services to OEM customers — supporting them before, during, and after every transaction to build lasting partnerships. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Prepare and deliver accurate technical quotations, product selections, and application recommendations for OEM customers
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support including product identification, type key interpretation, and spare parts guidance
• Collaborate with External Sales, Key Account Managers, Engineering (CSU/SEE Production), and Project Sales to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Lead and continuously improve customer service processes, driving efficiency and quality within the CSSC unit
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex application inquiries
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant systems, local regulations, and Grundfos product portfolios to deliver compliant, optimized solutions
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a technically sharp problem solver with strong product knowledge, proven process leadership in a customer service environment, and the communication skills to influence and guide both internal teams and external partners. We would also imagine that you have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience (2-4 years)
• Fundamental product and application knowledge — ability to interpret type keys, identify pumps vs. spare parts/kits/motors, and determine product build locations
• Experience driving and leading developed processes or projects within a customer service unit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with proficiency in MS Office applications
