You become part of Grundfos Service & Solutions where you will be a part of an international and dynamic team. You will join the global Service Product Management Industry team which today consist of three Senior Service Specialists, three Spare Part Specialist and a Data Specialist. You will report to Dan Bjørnstrup, Service product Manager, Service & Solutions and your workplace will be in Bjerringbro, Denmark.

What is the job about?
As Service Specialist, you are responsible for developing and maintaining the service platform across the product portfolio within your area of responsibility. Moreover, you will:
- Be working closely together with Product Management, Product Development, Operations, Quality, external suppliers and other key functions.
- During development of new innovative products help to ensure that the right service parts, service offerings, service documentation and service training is created.
- Ensure that the service portfolio is maintained and at the end of the product life cycle you will take care of a proper phase out process.
What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you:
- Ideally hold a polytechnical engineering degree (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic) combined with practical experience within field service and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Have a high technical understanding as well as experience working in projects within an international organisation.
- Have direct customer experience from a service and/or sales organisation.
- Possess working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (we work in SAP).
- Speak and write English fluently.
As a person you have good analytical skills and is able to handle complicated challenges in a structured way. You must be able to thrive in a specialist role where the small details are often important and where you are able to use your technical knowledge and your practical experience in order to deliver value to customers. You have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a customer centric mindset.
The role requires approx. 10-20 travel days per year.
