Service Coordinator, Miaoli Taiwan, Onsite
What is the job about?
The Service Coordinator is responsible dealing with on-site and workshop (pump) repair/service requests from customers. Preparing service quotations/contracts with follow up. Applying good professional knowledge, builds trust with customers, employees, and contractors. Handling correspondence and other administrative matters including service contracts
Your main responsibilities
- Idensifying and assessing incoming request from a customer for service and prepare quotations
- Creation of quotation for the site job(s).
- Creation of service work orders.
- Assigning to service technician and/or service partners.
- Monitoring the service job progression till completion.
- Follow-up of invoice issues for chargeable case.
- Coordinate training courses, events, group audit, etc.
- Assist in executing departmental & organizational plans, policies, and projects
- Coordinate logistics of issuance/returns of materials for/from customers
- Provides as much administrative support as possible to colleagues regarding service issues.
- Reports matters related to Safety, Health, and Environment. Contributes to achieving HSE objectives.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Completed technical training and work experience in a technical environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Experience in using SAP will be beneficial
- Communicative, good at making connections (inside and outside), independent, sturdy, initiative-oriented, result-oriented.
- Strong ability to influence others
- About 2 years of work experience in similar customer service setting.
- Experience with pump technology is an advantage.
- Communication in English (TOEIC score 500 or with relevant certificate)
- Hold a Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Has experience with various Microsoft office
