Job Description

What is the Job all about?

The main purpose of this position is to develop and drive marketing activities and initiatives in the assigned area that support the overall ambition of IND (Industry) Global Marketing. Effectively collaborate with the IND APAC Sales Team to achieve commercial objectives by efficiently deploying traditional and digital marketing activities to optimize impact.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and agree an annual plan of marketing activities in South Korea and other assigned countries, together with the Regional Marketing Manager and Area Sales Director and ensure effective budget allocation.
  • Act as an effective business partner of the Area Sales team through professionalizing our Account Based Marketing strategy, proactively ensuring education and strong collaboration with stakeholders on the use of our dedicated information database and last mile execution.
  • Participate in the development of regional marketing concepts and solutions meeting business needs and requirements. 
  • Partner with the Area Sales team to support the transformation of business needs and requirements into marketing projects.
  • Ensure the efficient use of Marketing Automation and AI to increase campaign effectiveness, optimise customer engagement  
  • Track and report on campaign and marketing performance, optimise based on insights.

 

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.  
  • Experience driving developed processes within traditional and digital marketing with high level of understanding.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this role
  • Above average communication skills (both English and Korean Language)
  • Ability to develop strong comprehension of digital landscape of the country and effectively implement strategies through leveraging on the right digital channels and the use of Marketing Automation tools to achieve marketing goals.
  • Ability to lead processes or projects.
  • Experience from working in an international company with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to influence others.
  • Possess a great understanding of the best practices and relevant systems within Marketing.
