Associate Sales Engineer, Commercial Building Service, Seoul, KR

 

What is the job about?

Customer management and sales opportunity creation. Collaboration with global and regional product managers and innovation hub in order to build competency in Sales Team. Support CBS (Commercial Building Service) team during project implementation and apply well-developed knowledge base     

 

Your main responsibilities

 

  • Maintain existing customer base and assist in developing plans, budget and promotional activities
  • Provide inputs and assist in identifying new business or potential of existing customers.
  • Follow up on unit/project sales from quotation stage to awarding stage.
  • Perform Project Sales activities such as costing for awarded projects to client, system calculation to substantiate pump selection, technical discussion with Machine&Equipment consultants, obtain pump approval, raise sales order and respective system price.
  • Achieve agreed marketing targets, sales volumes and contribution targets.
    Work closely with Finance, Engineering and Business Development team on account management.
  • Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool
  • Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines
  • Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
  • Ensure proper and accurate costing based on company pricing strategy. 
    Ensure that final pump set selection is appropriate to client's application by calculation.
  • Ensure full and proper documentation to be hand-over to customer service and engineering team during order processing.
  • Provide technical support to customers, dealers, consultants and contractors ensuring specification and correct application of Grundfos products. 

 

Your background:

 

        We imagine that you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • Ability of participate process in project progress and business process.
  • Knowledge on HVAC, or Machine Industry
  • MS office skill
  • Fluent English communication
  • Graphics skill such as photoshop, AutoCad, Adobe,  etc
