Digital & IT
Senior Transformation Specialist
Job Description

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in manufacturing and helping global production sites unlock the full potential of modern MES systems? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Senior Transformation Specialist, you will be driving the global rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of our standardized Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across Grundfos' worldwide production footprint — managing the full journey from preparation and deployment to training, change management, and business value realization.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Digital Architecture team, you'll create impact by driving the digital transformation of our global manufacturing operations by ensuring every plant maximizes the value of our MES platform through seamless deployment, effective change management, and a thriving user community.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Execute the global MES roll-out plan by coordinating external partners with local production sites and supporting divisions through preparation and deployment
  • Build and drive the MES community across plants and stakeholders, ensuring knowledge sharing and optimal system adoption
  • Gather, qualify, and align change requests from global functions, divisions, and plant-level users to continuously improve the MES platform
  • Develop and deliver training plans and guidance to plant representatives, helping them adopt new features and maximize system value
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize MES usage on existing lines and follow up on business value realization from deployments

Above all, you are a versatile change driver with a generalist's mindset, combining engineering or business acumen with hands-on experience in change management, process improvement, and training within global organizations. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Degree in engineering or business management with 3-5 years of professional experience in global companies
  • Proven experience in organizational change management related to IT systems and process improvement
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 portfolio

It is a plus if you also:

  • Background from a global manufacturing company with experience implementing MES systems
  • Experience developing and deploying IT systems
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with effective stakeholder communication across all organizational levels

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • Annual bonuses, medical insurance, and a strong focus on well-being
  • Hybrid working policy with organized transportation or fuel cost compensation
  • Company-provided meals at the canteen, covered by Grundfos
  • On-site gym access and sports activities such as football, table football, and basketball
  • Discounts on employee purchases of Grundfos products
  • Long-term career development with regular dialogue and continuous learning opportunities

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
