Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: define ambitions, build teams, plan timelines and budgets, and drive execution
  • Scan and evaluate the market for Best Available Technology (BAT) to identify efficient and sustainable solutions
  • Develop and validate new production technologies that improve sustainability compared to current methods
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive change toward more sustainable production practices
  • Contribute to broader Grundfos sustainability initiatives and ongoing projects

What makes you a great fit
You are a sustainability-minded engineer with a strong electrical or mechanical background, solid project management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional change in manufacturing. We also expect that you have:

  • A degree in Electrical, Environmental (with electrical optimization), or Mechanical Engineering with electricity-related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project and change management
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience in metal or plastic production environments
  • Knowledge of machining, molding, or electronic assembly technologies
  • Experience with energy audits or power consumption analysis in manufacturing

Why you will love working here
We care! You can look forward to:
