As our new Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will be driving continuous improvement and digitalization across Grundfos' supply chain, with a focus on governing the relationship between our 3PL partner and Hungarian manufacturing plants while delivering advanced analytics and strategic process enhancements. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Supply Chain team, you'll create impact by Shaping the performance and resilience of our supply chain operations by bridging plants, logistics partners, and global stakeholders through structured governance and data-driven decision-making..

Your main responsibilities include:

Develop and govern end-to-end processes between our 3PL partner and Hungarian plants, including forecasting (month-end and long-term m²/orderlines across 4 plants)
Drive supply chain digitalization initiatives and implement best practices through continuous improvement projects with tactical and strategic focus
Design and maintain global metrics, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support performance reporting and decision-making
Build and manage strong relationships with 3PL, plants, and GLOG, acting as the key contact for resolving cross-functional issues
Contribute to GPS Supply Chain elements including assessment models, metrics, and plant action plans
Lead structured supplier governance and challenge service quality and responsiveness to drive operational excellence
What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a structured, data-driven supply chain professional with strong stakeholder management skills, assertive communication, and the ability to convert complex business situations into effective processes and tools.

We would also imagine that you have:

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in a large discrete manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, metrics, and performance management with a data-driven mindset (KPIs, reporting tools, advanced analytics)
Proven ability to frame, facilitate, and drive improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders and organizational levels

It is a plus if you also:

Experience managing 3PL relationships and supplier governance frameworks
Background in supply chain digitalization projects or tools implementation
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration
