As our new IND Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will use your supply chain expertise to drive continuous improvements, advanced analytics, and digitalization initiatives that support Grundfos’ strategic growth in IT cooling and beyond. You’ll join a diverse, supportive culture that celebrates differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and belonging. You will be anchored in our Industry Division and will be a member of the IND SC Planning Team.

 

What you will be doing

As part of the Global Supply Chain team, you’ll drive end-to-end performance improvements and seamless global collaboration across plants, sales, and support functions to accelerate IT cooling business growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate Operations and Supply Chain actions for IT Cooling business and other strategic Sales projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and global Plants, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable Operations plans and drive execution.
  • Improvement portfolio — Lead activities that elevate supply chain performance for IT cooling and other strategic projects, deploying best practices at scale
  • Support footprint and sourcing strategies to build long-term resilience.
  • Participate in customer meetings and support Sales with operational insights.
  • Global metrics — Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support data‑driven decisions
  • Drive supply chain activities for new product introductions and manage ramp-up/down processes.

 

What makes you a great fit

You are a self-driven supply chain expert with strong analytical skills, an end-to-end mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels. We imagine you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a multinational company.
  • Experience in large discrete manufacturing with strong knowledge of supply chain processes, planning, and metrics
  • Ability to turn business challenges into process and tool designs with a structured, analytical approach
  • Proficiency in English and SAP.

It is a plus if you also bring:

  • Experience with digitalization tools and advanced analytics platforms
  • Background in IT cooling, data center infrastructure, or related industries
  • Proven cross‑functional collaboration across global production and sales regions
