As our new Senior Strategy Manager for CBS Solutions & Marketing, you will sit at the heart of three core engines of the CBS business: Product Management, Business Development and Marketing. Together, these functions shape what we bring to market, how we grow, and how we differentiate. You will both drive the full annual strategy cycle for Solutions & Marketing as well as lead transformation initiatives which further grow our impact in the organization and market thereby delivering on the division’s commercial and innovative ambitions. What you will be doing

As a key part of the CBS Solutions & Marketing team, you'll create impact by shaping strategic direction and enabling faster and better decisions, creating clear plans as well as driving or actively supporting effective execution.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Own and lead the CBS Solutions & Marketing annual strategy cycle, including X-matrix, Cambridge, portfolio-setting, strategy reviews, and Divisional Leadership Team preparation milestones ensuring disciplined, predictable execution of all strategic rhythms
  • Drive strategic sprints and transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, from improving core processes to strengthening our front-end innovation.
  • Prepare executive-level decision materials, deep-dive analyses, prioritization scenarios, and strategic recommendations for the Divisional Leadership Team and S&M Leadership Team
  • Align Marketing, Product Marketing, and Business Development around shared priorities and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Sales and relevant Grundfos Group functions.
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Head of Solutions & Marketing — framing issues, simplifying complexity, and anticipating organizational implications
  • Resolve misalignments early and ensure new processes stick by clarifying roles, interfaces, and decision pathways across the organization

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a structured strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of analysis, facilitation, and execution - equally comfortable building a business case, leading a cross-functional sprint, and presenting crisp recommendations to senior leadership. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Master’s degree in business, Strategy, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in strategy, portfolio strategy, management consulting, strategic PMO, or innovation leadership within a complex global organization
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic processes, including annual planning cycles, portfolio prioritization, and transformation programs
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, structured problem-solving, and executive-level storytelling and visual communication

It is a plus if you are also:

  • Experience in strategy consulting, or commercial building services sectors
  • Familiarity with stage-gate innovation processes, SIOP, or commercialization journey frameworks
  • Track record of influencing senior leadership teams without direct authority
