As our new Spare Parts Specialist, you will be managing spare parts inquiries and driving efficient service processes, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide to ensure customers receive timely, accurate support from our Suzhou office. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Industry SCM APAC & China team, you'll create impact by Ensuring reliable spare parts availability and expert technical support that keeps critical pump installations running for customers across the region.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Handle and resolve spare parts tickets from customers and key stakeholders within defined response times
• Navigate multiple systems and platforms (SAP, SharePoint, GPC, Grundfos tools) to identify correct parts and provide accurate information
• Collaborate with internal teams including senior service specialists, service data technicians, and service product managers to solve complex inquiries
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers for parts sourcing and technical data when needed
• Support well-defined service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide cross-team and cross-product support during peak workload periods and holidays
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a structured, detail-oriented professional with strong English communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures while independently managing a varied workload. We would also imagine that you have:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Spare parts or service-related working experience in a similar operational role
• Strong English skills (written and spoken), including technical terminology
• Proficiency navigating enterprise systems and platforms such as SAP, SharePoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook)
It is a plus if you also:
• Background in pumps, mechanical equipment, or industrial manufacturing
• Experience working in cross-cultural, international team environments
• Familiarity with service environment best practices and process-driven operations
