Your main responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager – PMO, you will lead the Gemini Program Management Office, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across all program initiatives. You will drive structure, governance, and performance tracking while supporting both high-level oversight and hands-on project execution. Moreover, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Gemini PMO, ensuring focus on value creation and program impact
  • Develop and implement program management frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Oversee program-level timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
  • Drive smaller projects (Work Products) and support cross-functional coordination
  • Establish dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures to track progress and performance
  • Manage program cadence, risk mitigation, compliance, and partner onboarding/offboarding

Your background:

To succeed in this role, you have a strong foundation in project and program management, along with a structured, analytical mindset. Moreover, we imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within a PMO environment
  • In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Strong Leadership – Proven ability to lead with urgency, clarity, and accountability

  • Analytical Skills – Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements
