Senior Product Development Technician

As our new Senior Product Data Technician - Service, you will be driving service data maintenance and quality across our global service portfolio, ensuring that service parts, components, and product information are accurate, accessible, and up to date in our systems. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Service Product Management team, you'll create impact by Strengthening our service data foundation.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and improve service-related data in SAP, ensuring accuracy of service parts, components, and pump service information
  • Support the update of Grundfos Product Center with new service information, including adding service parts to the product portfolio
  • Collaborate with service specialists and spare parts specialists across Hungary, Denmark, and China to align on data standards and priorities
  • Track and report on service data KPIs, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities to improve data completeness and quality
  • Prepare and present data overviews and status reports in Excel to support decision-making across the team

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a structured, detail-oriented data professional with a technical mindset, strong data maintenance experience, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Proven experience in data maintenance, data management, or a similar structured data role
  • Technical or mechanical understanding of engineering products, components, or service parts
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and structured data handling
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working with SAP (e.g., material master data, product structures, or service parts management)
  • Background in an industrial or mechanical engineering environment
  • Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones
