You are a strong systems thinker with hands‑on experience in complex product development and the ability to integrate across engineering domains. We imagine you have:

  • Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience with 5+ years in product development
  • Experience across the full system lifecycle in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software domains while balancing performance, cost, risk, and complexity

  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, and well‑being activities
  • Three additional paid volunteer days
  • Access to on‑demand learning and structured development programs
