Senior Product Development Engineer

As our new Sr. Product Development Engineer, you will be driving the design and development of products and key technologies, taking ownership of a product or technology area and ensuring seamless transfer across the full value chain. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Product Development team, you'll create impact by Developing next-generation products and technologies that deliver sustainable water solutions to millions of people worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of a defined product or technology area, driving design and development from concept through value chain transfer
  • Develop and implement key technologies while providing expert input to the roadmap for future product development activities
  • Deliver technical substance and content within your professional field to product development projects
  • Mentor team members and actively develop their professional skills through knowledge-sharing and coaching
  • Ensure effective knowledge-sharing across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically skilled product development professional with strong process knowledge, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, and a genuine drive to mentor others. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product development within a manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of product development processes, plans, and activities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working in a large-scale manufacturing environment
  • Track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical knowledge-sharing
  • Experience contributing to technology roadmaps and strategic product planning
