Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our SCRUM team, driving technical tasks and mentoring junior engineers. You will help shape the future of our products by applying your engineering expertise to design, develop, and implement complex systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the full systems engineering lifecycle: requirements analysis, system architecture, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, performance metrics, and design constraints.
- Conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses to solve complex technical challenges.
- Develop and document system architectures, block diagrams, and interface specifications.
- Analyze data to support problem-solving and product development maintenance.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date (drawings, SAP data, etc.).
- Perform cost analysis and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proposing innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in product development.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with tools such as Catia, 3D CAD, Saber, and Ansys.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
- Solid understanding of Agile principles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
