Sales & Customer Support
Senior Process Consultant
Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of Lead Excellence and drive commercial impact on a global scale?

Join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and improving quality of life worldwide.

As our new Senior Business Process Owner – Leads, you will own and develop the global Lead Excellence process model, ensuring seamless integration across Marketing and Sales Excellence while driving adoption of key lead management tools. You will join a diverse and inclusive culture that values growth, well-being, and collaboration.

What you will be doing

As part of the Market & Lead Excellence team, you will translate customer insights and business needs into scalable lead management initiatives that strengthen pipeline growth and commercial effectiveness globally.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Own and continuously improve the global Lead Excellence process model across CRM, Marketing Module, Lead App, Lead Matching Tool, Marketo, and Zinfi.
  • Drive adoption of lead management tools and establish global best practices for lead handling and qualification.
  • Act as business owner toward Product Teams by defining requirements, testing solutions, and supporting successful deployments.
  • Design future lead processes with global stakeholders, identify gaps, and optimize workflows.
  • Deliver reporting and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate across Divisions, Digital & Customer Excellence, Grundfos IS, and Group Services to drive process excellence.

What makes you a great fit

You are a strong process thinker with experience in sales and marketing, an analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You enjoy turning complex business needs into scalable solutions.

You have a strong ability to drive change and create impact in a complex global environment. You challenge the status quo, build alignment across functions and divisions, and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.

We imagine that you have:

  • A master's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within process excellence, sales, marketing, or a related commercial area.
  • A proven track record of driving process improvements within commercial functions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and lead management processes.

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience from a large manufacturing or industrial organization.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (SAP, Salesforce, etc.), Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across geographies and organizational levels.

Why you will love working here

We care! You can look forward to:

  • Flexible working conditions, including home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, and a strong focus on well-being.
  • Three additional paid volunteering days each year.
  • Access to training, learning sessions, and development programmes.

We are inclusive! Celebrating our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
