Job Description

Are you ready to help shape the future of Lead Excellence and drive real commercial impact?


As Senior Process Consultant you will be anchored in our COO area, more specifically Marketing automation. You will lead the prioritization and implementation of a strong core Lead Excellence setup, translating customer insights and business demands to initiatives the drives pipeline and efficiency.

 

This is a temporary position, offering a unique chance to influence how we generate and manage leads globally, with a special focus on optimizing CRM and commercial processes.

 

About the role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our global Lead Excellence setup. You will own and develop the global process model for Lead Excellence, ensuring seamless integration with Marketing and Sales Excellence. Acting as the business owner towards Product Teams, you’ll define, refine, test, and support successful implementation of new deployments across our lead ecosystem.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing efficient interfaces and synergies across tools such as the CRM Marketing Module, Lead App, Lead Matching Tool, Marketo, Zinfi, and CRM.
  • Driving adoption and usage of key lead tools including:
    • Lead App – for capturing leads by Sales and Service teams.
    • Lead Matching Tool – for qualifying and matching leads before CRM upload.
    • CRM Lead Module – establishing and leading global best practices in lead management.
  • Design the to-be process for providing an integrated lead-process with key partners globally.
  • Ensure we provide the right reporting and insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • You’ll also be instrumental in identifying process gaps, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that what we design truly works for our global leads organization.

 

About you

You are a sharp process thinker with hands-on experience in sales and marketing, a keen analytical mindset, and a talent for stakeholder management. You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working across teams, and is motivated by creating scalable solutions that deliver real business value.

 

We imagine you have:

  • A master’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Relevant experience, ideally within process excellence, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead processes and projects, with a solid understanding of functional plans and activities.
  • Strong experience in developing and driving process improvements, especially in commercial domains.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and lead management platforms.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
