Human Resources
Senior Operations & Communication Partner
Job Description

Are you energized by connecting people, streamlining operations, and creating communications that drive results across a global organization?

As our new Senior Operations & Communication Partner, you will coordinate leadership governance, drive impactful communications, and enable the smooth operation of our Group Environment, Health & Safety (GEHS) function. As a central connector, you will align leaders and teams on strategic priorities and highlight GEHS’ contribution to Grundfos’ success.

What you will be doing

As part of the Group Environment, Health & Safety (GEHS) team, a global team of 30 colleagues, you'll enhance transparency, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness, enabling GEHS leaders to focus on advancing sustainability and safety across Grundfos.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate GEHS Leadership Team meetings, governance cycles, agendas, materials, and follow-ups to support effective decision-making
  • Own and execute GEHS communication activities, including plans, announcements, presentations, and engagement materials aligned with strategic priorities
  • Plan and deliver leadership offsites, town halls, workshops, and strategic events
  • Ensure consistent GEHS messaging, branding, and storytelling across channels in collaboration with Corporate Communications
  • Manage operational processes, tools, templates, and ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify and scale
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration between GEHS and key business functions

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive and highly organized communicator who can translate complex topics into clear messages. You combine a strategic perspective with attention to detail and thrive in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.

We also imagine that you have:

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, Strategic Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in communications, business operations, or strategy execution, including supporting leadership teams and governance processes
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong presentation capabilities
  • The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities while taking a hands-on approach to execution, including updating SharePoint, preparing presentations, and maintaining key documentation.

It is a plus if you also:

  • Have experience with AI-driven tools for communication, workflow optimization, or process improvement
  • Have a background in Environment, Health & Safety or Sustainability
  • Have experience working in a global, matrixed organization

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
