Senior Material Master Data Custodian Service and Spare Parts
Job Description

What is the job about?

 

Actively drive Group Service Strategy and secure a separate supply chain of Service parts and Service offerings in different sales companies by comprehensive analysis and changes in Sales Companies in close cooperation with the APAC/IMEA & China Material Master Data Team, Group Service & Distribution Centres. .

 

Main responsibilities:

 

•  Gather and analyse data to prepare work files and maintain  existing material  master data.
•  Clean up and maintain existing material master data.
•  Provide extension of material master data for Service parts and Service offerings.
•  Follow up continuous change of Components to Kits – continuous material master data clean up.
•  Compare Service parts assortment in Sales Companies with GDS Active range vs Service.
•  Phase in new products in Sales Companies.
•  Coordinate blocking of components which have suitable service version available.
•  Collaborate with GDS planning team, Product Managers/Specialists, Group Service to implement New Product Introduction (NPI), Phase Out activities and relevant changes to secure they will be reflected in the Service Documentation and service supply chain.
•  Act as one point of contact for Service parts and Service offerings request.
•  Handle ECMs relating to Service parts and Service offerings.
•  All other tasks which have been assigned by direct superior.
                            

 

Your Background:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • High skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic SAP knowledge is a must.
  • SAP knowledge in Material Master Data is an advantage.
