Become a driving force as Senior Marketing Manager in Domestic Building Services (DBS), Marketing & Solutions. You will collaborate with a broad stakeholder landscape, including the Senior Marketing Director and other Marketing professionals, and participate in shaping the marketing strategy for DBS’ market leading products and services, catapulting us towards further growth.
What is the job about?
As Senior Marketing Manager for this dynamic team, you will manage a high-performing team consisting of 6 marketing employees. You will collaborate with the Solution and Marketing teams, Regional Marketing Managers, and the entire Global DBS Marketing team to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities. You will become responsible for identifying professional development gaps and opportunities, developing your team, and implementing training programs to drive success.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to achieve common strategic objectives and share best practices across divisions and functions.
- Deploy DBS marketing initiatives and establish an effective communication framework, including defining market position, value proposition, and value selling foundation.
- Drive marketing innovation and development through global go-to-market concepts, ensuring relevance and differentiation in customer attraction and engagement.
- Contribute to marketing planning aligned with divisional strategic priorities, including applications, geographies, new offerings, target groups, etc.
- Ensure high market visibility and customer engagement through effective deployment of marketing plans, continuously improving to achieve desired sales growth and profit.
- Develop a marketing performance model supporting Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), including effective spend management and lead excellence.
Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, and ensure efficient processes for developing, localizing, and implementing marketing activities.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Relevant master’s degree from business school or university.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with a proven track record in working with marketing, digital and communication.
- Min. 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing a team with global responsibilities, including the ability to motivate and influence diverse stakeholders within large complex organizations.
- Proven track record of digital skills, including the analysis of digital opportunities, optimization of digital customer journeys, and deployment on multiple digital channels such as social media, email flows, web experience, and other digital touchpoints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect, motivate, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive-level selling messages and negotiations in a global setup.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and written.
