What is the job about? 

The role of the Senior Learning Partner & HR Project Manager, Commercial Building Services
is to promote the learning agenda for CBS and wears a dual hat as the HR Project Manager to coordinate the deployment of strategic HR projects within CBS.    

The Senior Learning Partner & HR Project Manager is a dual role, responsible for the overall learning management and HR project management for CBS (Commercial Building Services). This role collaborates closely with business leaders, the CBS HRBP team and Group HR to identify skill gaps, develop learning journeys, and facilitate the professional growth of employees across the organization. This position is based in Singapore, work permit can be supported for an international candidate.

 

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Develop and oversee the learning and talent ecosystem, encompassing platforms, tools, processes, policies, and governance.
  • Collaborate with Group Functions to to find synergy and bring visibility to internal learning programs.
  • Have an important part on the Learning Board, working alongside Division and Group Functions to conduct competency assessments, identify critical skills, analyze skills gaps and build learning journeys to close skill gaps.
  • Promote the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs to ensure their effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the entire life cycle of learning development projects, including project scoping, needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
  • Partner with HRBP to support leadership development, talent development initiatives, and succession planning activities, ensuring alignment with HR and Divisional goals.
  • Assist in overseeing learning management and communication efforts within the Division.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders and HRBP to facilitate Workforce Planning Projects aligned with Divisional Strategy goals.
  • Provide support in executing Divisional HR Strategies & Projects.


Your background: 
We imagine that you have: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development.
  • Skilled in curriculum design
  • Competency in skills matrix development and competency assessment.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Develop and design curriculum, conduct training on curriculum design and coach content experts on how to professionalize training gaps.
  • Promote the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs to ensure their effectiveness and return on investment(ROI)
  • Oversee the entire life cycle of learning development projects, including project scoping, needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
  • Advanced communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining Learning webpages on Sharepoint (preferred)
