As our new Senior Key Account Manager, you will be managing and growing relationships with Grundfos's most strategic accounts, developing tailored solutions that address complex customer needs while driving significant revenue growth across our product and service portfolio. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Key Account Management team, you'll create impact by Driving long-term partnerships with our most important customers, ensuring they achieve their sustainability and efficiency goals while accelerating Grundfos's commercial growth..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, identifying growth opportunities and aligning Grundfos solutions with their business objectives
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across customer organizations, serving as the trusted advisor for pump and water technology solutions
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that drive profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and service teams to deliver customized solutions that meet key account requirements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to proactively identify risks and opportunities within your account portfolio
  • Drive revenue targets and pipeline growth through structured opportunity management and accurate forecasting

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a commercially driven relationship builder with deep B2B sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for delivering value through sustainable water and energy solutions. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, HVAC, water technology, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex customer accounts with multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and pipeline management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and familiarity with consultative or solution-selling methodologies
  • Knowledge of pump systems, water infrastructure, or building services applications
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline

You'll also be available for travelling up to 60 days per year.
