What is the job about?

As our new Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you’ll ensure robust electronics design from concept to production, enabling smooth and predictable transfer across the full value chain.
You’ll join the Domestic Building Service Product Development team—an international group of experts responsible for developing innovative pump solutions for homes around the world.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive product development with a focus on robust, manufacturable design (End-to-End approach)
  • Collaborate closely with lead specialists in hardware design
  • Ensure smooth transfer of product designs to production
  • Take ownership of specific product or technology areas
  • Share and build knowledge in hardware design, verification, and development methods
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to future roadmaps

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Hardware, Electronics)
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware development
  • Hands-on experience with product design from concept to production
  • Expertise in Power Electronics (230V) and Electrical Safety Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of EMC standards and mitigation techniques
  • Experience with LT Spice simulations and design functionality verification
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset and excellent communication skills
    Bonus if you bring knowledge of System Engineering and Design for Manufacturing—but this can be learned as you go.
