As our new Senior Finance Business Analyst, you will be delivering analytical tools and insights that empower Grundfos' Technology and Innovation area — from product complexity analysis and R&D capitalization forecasting to building dashboards and driving AI automation across financial processes.

 

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Group Technology Finance team, you'll create impact by Driving smarter, faster decision-making by transforming complex financial data into clear insights and pioneering AI-powered analytics across our technology portfolio..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support Lead FBP for Modulization projects in business cases and analyze cost of complexity related to products.
  • Maintain and drive further improvements of current dashboards and analytics tools for product complexity – and being responsible for your own portfolio of analytical tools
  • Be an analytical frontrunner driving implementation of AI and automation in our current and future processes and analytics – and join our Digital Builder Community
  • Support forecasting and budgeting process on the consolidated area
  • Drive our forecasting process of R&D capitalization

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are an analytically sharp finance professional with 3+ years of experience in FP&A or business finance within a large organization, who combines strong communication skills with a genuine passion for leveraging AI tools and dashboards to elevate financial insights. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial field (Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or related)
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Finance within a large or global company
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models and dashboards (Power BI or similar)
  • Proven ability to structure and communicate complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders

It is a plus if you also:

  • Hands-on experience creating AI agents, automation flows, or dashboards from idea to implementation
  • Understanding of and curiosity about the product value chain — from technology and idea to launched products
