Senior Finance Business Analyst CBS
Job Description

 

Are you ready to shape strategic decisions and drive financial performance in a dynamic, global environment?

We are seeking a qualified, experienced and skillful Senior Finance Business Analyst with highly financial analytics and forward-thinking to support our CBS Division in assigned Regions/Functions - primarily focusing on the Americas Region. This requests flexibility on adjusted working hours to reach optimal collaboration with Americas team and CBS Finance team in Budapest. The role is based in our Budapest SSC and invited occasional travel to USA for important CBS Americas meetings.

 

What is the job about?

You’ll work cross-functionally to coordinate workflows and deliver insights that drive profitability and growth in assigned Regions and Functions.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyze business drivers and recommend performance improvement actions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Develop and follow up on business cases for strategic initiatives
  • Monitor cost allocation and optimize profitability across segments, customers, products, and global projects
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support Finance Business Partners

 

Your background:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s is a plus)
  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, with 1–2 years in a finance role
  • Familiarity with SAP, PBI and TM1 (TM1 preferred)
  • Fluent in English and good business communication & team work.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights clearly
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning models
