What is the job about?
The Senior Finance Business Analyst, FP&A WTE will be the vital link between our collective repository of financial data and our business objectives and play a significant role in transformation journey with the new established Water Treatment Europe organization. You will support and ensure the successful building up, testing, and deploying of analytical standards or ad hoc queries relevant for our business. Together with the relevant stakeholders, you will define specifications for business analyses and configure solutions. Your relationship with and communication to Finance Business Partners and other business stakeholders is key.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive FP&A activities on the Water Treatment Europe level, including monthly performance reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Collect, analyze, and report financial data to key stakeholders.
- Implement performance reporting in the Water Treatment Europe Organization.
- Study financial data to spot trends, patterns, and make forecasts.
- Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
- Assist in business decision-making and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's/master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex analyses and present findings in an easy-to-understand format.
- Experience in financial data analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Finance Business Partners and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
