As our new Senior EHS Technician, you will be driving EHS compliance and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations, conducting risk assessments, supporting incident investigations, and ensuring our facilities meet the highest safety and environmental standards. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Environment, Health & Safety team, you'll create impact by Implementing proactive safety programs and environmental controls that protect our people and minimize our ecological footprint across Grundfos operations..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance and internal EHS standards
  • Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and development of corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain and improve EHS management systems, documentation, and reporting in alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Deliver EHS training programs and toolbox talks to build a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization
  • Coordinate industrial hygiene sampling, ergonomic assessments, and emergency preparedness drills
  • Track and analyze EHS performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented EHS professional with strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and EHS management systems (ISO 14001/45001)
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations
  • Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

It is a plus if you also:

  • Professional certification such as CSP, ASP, or CHMM
  • Experience with industrial hygiene monitoring and ergonomic assessment tools
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
