As our new Senior Digital Workplace Consultant, you will be enabling seamless business collaboration by delivering expert consultancy, application support, and solution design across Grundfos's digital workplace platforms. 

What you will be doing

As a key part of the IT Collaboration Services team, you'll create impact by Driving smarter ways of working by shaping and optimizing the collaboration tools that connect thousands of Grundfos employees worldwide..

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide application support including ticket analysis and root cause analysis to ensure platform stability and security
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to business stakeholders on collaboration tool functionality and best practices
  • Train and enable users to work more efficiently with SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration platforms
  • Identify improvement opportunities and facilitate overall solution design, development, and implementation
  • Drive process ownership and lead projects within the collaboration domain, ensuring business processes are well-documented and optimized
  • Master integrations to related application areas and ensure cohesive end-to-end solution delivery

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive IT consultant with strong SharePoint expertise, a knack for translating business needs into effective solutions, and the communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT consultancy with proficiency in SharePoint (Search and Templates)
  • Proven ability to lead processes or projects and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience advising business users on application functionality

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with WorkPoint, Rencore, OneDrive, Visio, ThinkCell, Adobe Sign/Acrobat, or Grassfish
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry or similar business environments
  • Strong influencing skills and a genuine willingness to learn new tools and technologies
