Senior Cyber Specialist in Wireless technologies

What is the job about?

As a Senior Cyber Specialist at Grundfos, you will ensure cybersecurity and compliance of wireless technologies and connectivity solutions, focusing on embedded wireless systems for products going into Smarthome and ProBuildings with cloud integrations. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our wireless platforms and ensuring they meet the highest cybersecurity standards. You will keep your knowledge up-to-date by  utilizing state-of-art Product Security frameworks created with leading industrial players in Connectivity Standards Alliance. Travel may occur to Alliance meetings and other security event from time to time.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Implement and safeguard cybersecurity compliance measures for our wireless modules used for both embedded and Linux-based products.
  • Conduct security assessments, and make sure the wireless development team are conform with the requirements of secure development in the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date and monitor regulatory changes in wireless communications and implement corresponding updates to ensure compliance with standards such as RED/DA, CRA, NIS2, IEC62443-4-1, IEC62443-4-2, and ISO 27000.
  • Collaborate with hardware development teams and production development teams to ensure seamless integration of cyber secure key provision solutions into products and production.
  • Partner with internal teams and interact with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to develop secure, compliant wireless technology platforms.
  • Support hardware development efforts by providing expertise on secure interface definitions and ensuring alignment with compliance standards.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • MSc in Electronics, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a focus on embedded software and wireless technologies.
  • 3–6 years of experience with data communication technologies, cybersecurity, compliance, and embedded systems development.
  • Strong debugging skills, including the use of advanced testing equipment for complex hardware/software integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies and cloud-based security frameworks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of global Radio compliance standards and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to navigate cross-border and multicultural collaborations.
  • Innovative and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high security and compliance standards.
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing technology landscapes.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to lead by example and inspire others.
