Job Description

Are you passionate about solving complex technical customer inquiries and delivering world-class service that strengthens lasting relationships? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Senior Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) Frontline Representative, you will be evaluating complex customer enquiries and providing expert technical advice on Grundfos products, sizing, applications, and solutions — ensuring every interaction meets the highest standards of service excellence. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) Frontline team, you'll create impact by Delivering timely, expert technical support that strengthens customer relationships, drives business opportunities, and ensures our customers receive solutions that work flawlessly in practice..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate complex enquiries from customers and external sales, providing technical assistance on product sizing, application, system design, and solutions within required timeframes and specifications
  • Support sales teams by handling tenders and projects — including dimensions, specifications, calculations, delivery timelines, and maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical data for tender requirements and special orders
  • Follow up on customer interactions within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring efficient enquiry management and reducing backlogs
  • Identify business opportunities during customer interactions and hand over qualified leads to external sales
  • Maintain accurate customer master data for your portfolio and support ad hoc tasks as defined by leadership

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically curious customer service professional with strong communication skills, a knack for solving complex enquiries, and a genuine commitment to building trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Vocational certificate, Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (minimum 2-3 years)
  • Previous experience in Customer Services with strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building abilities

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Fundamental product and application knowledge — ability to interpret type keys, identify pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors
  • Knowledge of business structures, products, and key market needs to create customer-centric experiences
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors on technical and commercial requirements

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • Performance based annual bonus and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
