Senior CSSC Front Line Representative

As our new Customer Service Front Line Specialist, you will be serving as the first point of contact for customers, resolving general and complex inquiries, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring seamless handover to sales teams when business opportunities arise. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Service & Support Center team, you'll create impact by Driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence by providing timely resolutions, accurate order management, and proactive identification of business opportunities..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide first-contact resolution on customer inquiries, applying broad product knowledge and technical understanding to assess needs and prioritize requests
  • Handle complex order fulfillment tasks related to project sales, invoice disputes, and escalated Order-to-Delivery process inquiries
  • Deliver timely quotations, technical advice, pricing, delivery information, and order entry support to customers and sales teams
  • Manage customer order changes including lead times, shipping conditions, quantities, cancellations, and coordinate with External Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Create and manage tickets to document, track, and route inquiries for resolution or follow-up
  • Identify business opportunities and promote Grundfos digital tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) to customers

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive problem-solver with strong customer service expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks while building trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of relevant customer service experience with in-depth knowledge of order management and administrative processes
  • Practical working knowledge of SAP (SD/MM) and customer service databases
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort with digital tools and technology

It is a plus if you also:

  • Vocational certificate or Associate's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with project sales order fulfillment and customer complaint handling
  • Familiarity with Grundfos products, market segments, or similar industrial/pump industry environments

 

Please note this is a 2 year fixed term contract!!
