Job Description

What you will be doing

As Senior Sales Developer, you will drive commercial growth across the Industrial end‑user segment in Europe. As part of the Sales Development, Industrial – Europe team, you will deliver measurable pipeline growth and improved conversion by connecting industrial end users with energy‑efficient, sustainable water solutions that create real value.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute strategic go‑to‑market plans for penetration and growth within industrial end users, identifying customer clusters, key applications, and stakeholders
  • Develop and standardize commercial processes, playbooks, and frameworks enabling local and regional sales teams to engage end users consistently and at scale
  • Maintain and analyse Pipeline Reports to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, delivering data‑driven insights for strategic decisions
  • Build compelling business cases and value propositions focused on energy optimization and water efficiency for end users, engineering firms, and consultants
  • Support Area Sales Directors and Sales Engineers in key end‑user interactions, workshops, and co‑creation sessions
  • Contribute to transformational initiatives across Water Treatment, Sustainability, OEM, and IEM, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Global Business Development

 

What makes you a great fit

You are a commercially minded strategist with strong analytical skills and the ability to structure cross‑functional initiatives and convert insights into actionable growth plans in industrial or B2B environments. We also imagine that you have/are:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, commercial strategy, or business development within industrial B2B markets
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in pipeline management, data analysis, and performance reporting
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable commercial processes and go‑to‑market strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
  • Willing to travel abroad 1–2 times per month

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Technical understanding of pumps, water technology, energy optimization, or related industrial applications
  • Experience with industrial end users such as utilities, district heating & cooling, or process industries
  • Familiarity with sustainability‑driven value selling and consultative engagement with engineering firms or consultants
