As our new Senior Application Consultant, SAP Integrated Business Planning, you will be supporting and innovating our SAP Integrated Business Planning landscape as a key member of a global team of 17 IT professionals, translating business needs into scalable solutions within global supply chain processes. What you will be doing

As a key part of the IS Supply Chain Procurement, Planning & Manufacturing team, you'll create impact by driving the development of Grundfos' global planning processes by delivering robust, value-creating SAP IBP solutions that strengthen our entire supply chain.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Act as IT application expert for SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply Planning, ensuring stable and efficient system operations
  • Support and develop SAP IBP integrations (CI-DS) 
  • Facilitate and continuously improve monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning IT processes
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Group Supply Chain process experts, and super users to translate requirements into sustainable solutions
  • Participate in strategic digital transformation projects and initiatives that advance our planning capabilities
  • Partner with IS cross-functional teams and external IT partners to deliver end-to-end planning solutions

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a collaborative SAP IBP specialist who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, thrives in international environments, and is motivated by driving continuous improvement and digital transformation. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning
  • Experience with SAP IBP integrations (CI-DS) with S4 HANA
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Background working in global, cross-functional IT teams
  • Experience with discrete planning processes
  • Knowledge of broader SAP supply chain planning modules or related technologies, e.g. SAP S4 Production Planning
