What is the job about?

The Senior AI Engineer,  will be working with developing analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) that makes a high degree of business impact, working on standardizing and describing how to work with tools and methods within the area of analytics and AI in CBS.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning models and algorithms to support business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, architect and front-end developers to ensure seamless data exploration and model deployment.
• Optimize model performance using model evaluation processes and ensure model integrity and reliability.
• Implement and manage data analysis solutions, including data visualization and predictive analytics.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve model performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest data science trends and technologies to continuously enhance the data analysis infrastructure.

Your Background:

• Technical background at master level through education or work experience
• 5+ years of experience in working with data, algorithms and machine learning
• Experienced in using Python
• Experience using Azure Machine Learning
• Experienced in deploying analytics and AI in production
• Experienced programmer in the data science domain design patterns and best practices
• Strong communication skills in English to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders   
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, especially Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge about Large Language Models (LLM), Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with Software testing methods
• Experience with version control systems like Git
