Production Operator-Skilled

Grundfos México se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Operador/a CNC para unirse a su equipo de Producción UAP SQ/SQF. Esta posición es responsable de la operación y puesta en marcha de máquinas CNC, llevando a cabo el control de especificaciones dimensionales sobre el proceso. Reporta directamente al Supervisor de Producción y operará en nuestra planta ubicada en San Luis Potosí, MX.

¿De qué trata el trabajo?

• Responsable de ejecutar las actividades asignadas por el Supervisor, con base en los estándares de seguridad, calidad, entrega y costo (según las necesidades del Cliente), utilizando máquinas, herramientas y apoyado por el sistema APT para implementar resultados diarios, semanales y mensuales. 
• Operación y ajuste CNC, introducción de productos actuales y nuevos.
• Desarrollo y ejecución de TPM.
• Soporte en la resolución de problemas de identificación de modos de falla potencial.
• Cambio de herramientas de corte y compensación según las especificaciones del producto.
• Logro de la Operación KPI.
• Recopilar datos de operaciones (FTT, OPR, SCRAP) y cargar en bases de datos.
• Apoyar a los supervisores en los procesos de capacitación, mejora continua y proceso de escalado, asignación de personas para la operación diaria. 

¿Qué necesito para aplicar?

• Bachillerato (Nivel técnico - máquinas y herramientas). 
• 2 años de experiencia como mínimo. 
• Base SAP, COOIS – solicitud de componentes – gestión de órdenes de producción. 
• Base Excel. 
• Uso del equipo de medición.  
• Métodos de medición. 
• Conceptos básicos sobre hidráulica y neumática. 
• Enfoque en lo básico (seguridad, calidad, entrega). 
• Categoría de operador técnico.

What is the job about?

Grundfos is seeking a talented CNC Operator to join its SQ/SQF APU team. The CNC Operator is responsible for the operation and set up of CNC machines and the dimensional and visual specifications control of the process. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and will operate daily out of the San Luis Potosí facility (MX) on an onsite schedule. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing activities assigned by the Supervisor, based on safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards (as per Customer needs), using machines, tools and supported by APT system to deploy daily, weekly, and monthly results.
• CNC operation & adjustment, current and new product introduction.
• Support on problem-solving potential failure modes identification.
• Cutting tools change and compensation as per product specification.
• TPM development and execution.
• Operation KPI´s accomplishment.
• Collect operations data (FTT, OPR, SCRAP) and load on databases.
• Support Supervisors on training processes, continuous improvement, and scalation process, people assignment for daily operation.

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

• High school (Technician level - machines and tools).
• 2 years’ experience at least.
• SAP basis, COOIS – components request – production orders management.
• Excel basis.
• Measurement equipment usage. 
• Measurement methods.
• Basics on hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Focus on the basics (safety, quality, delivery).
• Technician operator category.
