What is the job about? 



As a Senior Coordinator, HR Service Center, you will provide HR support and guidance to all Grundfos employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.

Your responsibilities will include handling HR tasks and processes, coordinating activities across HR expertise areas, and administering well-defined HR processes within Grundfos.

 

This position reports directly to our HR Service Center Supervisor and operates in a hybrid model from our San Luis Potosí, SLP facility.

 

Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported, and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

 


Your main responsibilities: 

 

HR Operations and Administration

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR globally at Grundfos, providing support via phone and self-service solutions (e.g., HR Service Portal).
  • Utilize super-user knowledge of HR IT systems and global/local HR processes to guide employees and managers.
  • Perform back-office tasks based on country-specific requirements, including:
    • Pre-joining activities (contract preparation, candidate communication, background checks)
    • Onboarding and contract modifications
    • Time & attendance management, reporting, payroll support
    • Learning administration, invoice handling, and offboarding
  • Coordinate global HR processes such as the Grundfos Shares Program and recruitment mailbox management.

 

HR Policies and Process Improvement

  • Contribute to HR projects and process optimization initiatives.
  • Support documentation improvements, workflow enhancements, and user-centric solutions.
  • Maintain and update HR knowledge bases for both global and country-specific processes.
  • Ensure compliance with standard processes and escalate deviations when necessary.
  • Monitor KPIs and follow up on end-to-end HR deliveries.

 

HR Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support general HR communications and company-wide announcements.
  • Coordinate information flow for HR yearly cycles and defined tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth HR operations.

 

Your background

 

We imagine that you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Studies, or Legal/Labor Law.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration (preferably in a shared services environment).
  • Solid understanding of HR tasks, processes, and systems (SAP, SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Fluent in English.
