Welcome to the Americas team

Based in Mexico, you will join our Talent Acquisition Organization – at the very core of Grundfos – and our Americas team, where you will assist our managers in attracting future colleagues to Grundfos.

Be the Sherlock Holmes of talent attraction

In this role, you will partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers throughout the Americas, then take action on sourcing, screening and presenting suitable candidates.

Especially on the more complex recruitments, your work will be vital, as you will be the one to dig deep into market and candidate research and provide important insights.


Any recruitment will typically start with a meeting between you, the recruiter and hiring manager to cover needs and expectations, and after this, your process starts as you:

  • Creatively source and attract passive candidates through a variety of tools, such as Success Factors, LinkedIn, CV databases and job boards
  • Build a pipeline of candidates in the system
  • Screen candidates against required skills and company-identified competencies via a range of methods, i.e. application questions, phone interviews and video
  • Provide a final shortlist of candidates to recruiters and hiring managers and schedule interviews accordingly

HR/recruitment skills and an interest in research

”You’re detail-oriented and enjoy the diligent research that goes into matching a candidate to a role. Also, you’re able to structure your time to meet deadlines while still ensuring a great experience for both candidate and hiring manager,” we also imagine that you have:

  • A degree within e.g. business or HR and perhaps a few years of experience with sourcing within a large corporate environment or from an agency
  • Great English communication skills, verbal and written, allowing you to reach out to your stakeholders comfortably
  • A creative approach to sourcing using a range of techniques, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
  • The ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity
