What is the job about?
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will drive and support gender pay gap analysis and direct mercer data submission. This position reports directly to the Compensation & Benefits Manager and will operate daily out of the San Luis Potosí, MX facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive and support global Compensation and Benefit processes
- Support Benefit projects and daily activities
- Support Compensation projects and daily activities
- Will collaborate with the execution of benefit benchmarking
- Global share program support and administration
- Support the benefit and compensation alignment projects globally
- Support compensation consultants on daily activities
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-5 years relevant work experience within Compensation & benefits / Total rewards area
- Advanced excel skills
- English fluency is needed
- Understanding of Compensation/Benefit/HR processes
- Collaboration oriented
- Execution mindset
- Strong analytical skills – ability to both crunch the numbers and derive a clear meaning out of them
- Great skills in stakeholder management
