As our new Sales Engineer - Water Treatment, you will be spearheading OEM water treatment sales across North China, developing new business opportunities and nurturing key accounts with a strong focus on dosing pump solutions. What you will be doing
As a key part of the OEM Industrial Sales, China team, you'll create impact by Building and expanding Grundfos's water treatment footprint in North China by connecting innovative dosing solutions with the customers who need them most.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Develop and grow the North China water treatment customer base, including OEM partners, stocking distributors, and new accounts with a focus on dosing pump sales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by matching Grundfos water treatment products and services to customer needs
• Provide technical communication and solution support to customers, ensuring professional proposals and high satisfaction
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline, registering and nurturing all opportunities in the global CRM tool
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and industry trends to inform sales strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and other teams to manage orders, pricing, and margin targets through the full project cycle
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-driven sales professional with deep water treatment industry knowledge, proven dosing pump sales expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with OEM customers and key accounts. We would also imagine that you have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Water Treatment, or a related field
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the water treatment industry, with a strong focus on dosing pumps
• Demonstrated ability to develop OEM business and manage key accounts
• Professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
It is a plus if you also:
• Experience with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management
• Knowledge of competitor landscape in the dosing pump and water treatment market
• Cross-departmental coordination experience in order fulfillment and project management
