Job Description

Currently, in Grundfos Italy we are aiming to further strengthen our sales force. To achieve this, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to handle our Industry End User and Channel Business in the South of Italy.  Ideally resident in Rome or province.

What is the job about?

 

  • As a Sales Engineer Industry End-User + Channel, you will initiate and develop relationships with focus on end users and related Channel network, developing Agencies network and creating demand directly with the most important Industry End-Users, in order to make Grundfos the most preferred and saleable brand in the reference market.
  • Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team;
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders, including end users, consulting firms, service partners , etc.
  • According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific area

 

What do you need to apply?

 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.  
  • Prefer minimum 5 years of sales experience in Industrial Environment
  • Familiar with Industrial pumping applications and water treatment
  • Products and applications Technical background
  • Familiar with Industry End Users market and related channels      
  • English skills able to operate in a multinational environment

It is important to us that you possess high ethical standards, just as you thrive on a healthy control environment as a prerequisite for producing timely, correct and transparent information. You speak and write English fluently. If you have experience with SAP, BW and IBM Cognos suites, it is an advantage.
